– Implement new technology to assist with efficiency, including GPS sprayers, digital job board, agronomic planning software, inventory management and more.
– Scheduled and developed best irrigation practices optimizing water usage that enhanced course playability for a demanding membership.
– Responsible for chemical planning ensuring proper mixing, calibration, application and records complying with local laws
– Joined construction of the first Discovery Land Property in Europe, expanding learning in proper construction methods, proper grow-in and post-construction practices.
– Supervised course construction updates, including planting of ornamental plants shrubs and trees.
– Maintained community lawns, resort grass sports facilities and a 18th hole tom Fazio signature Golf course, in consistent playing conditions year-round with a keen eye for detail
– Successfully diagnosed and implemented agronomy strategies to correct turfgrass problems such as insects, weeds, diseases, organic accumulation.

– Exposed to a variety of different techniques and strategies to successfully manage cool and warm season turfgrasses in the difficult transition zone climate.
– Gained hands-on experience and training in all facets of golf course operation.
– Assisted in various communications; spanish translation, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, agronomy and member meetings.
– Gained construction experience through completion of USGA greens and winterkill tees renovation conversion.
– Performed moisture management control on Penn A1 bentgrass greens, also direct hand watering crews.
– Completed various specific detail-oriented projects like, including tee boxes re alignment, tees renovation grass conversion, USGA greens construction and grow-in.
